Who are you?

We are a restaurant food distributor servicing primarily Asian product. We started in 1986.

How do you ship?

We have our own fleet of trucks to deliver. If you are in a location out of our delivery range, we can also arrange freight to deliver to you.

What is order cutoff time?

Please send your order by 12:00pm the day before your scheduled delivery, unless we arrange with you otherwise. Earlier orders are always appreciated.

What is your order minimum?

$500. If you are located in an area that we already service, we can lower the minimum amount. If we are not in your area and are creating a new line on the route, we would need to speak with our manager first.

Why may pricing be different from web than the invoice?

While most product pricing stays the same, some items we don’t know the price until the morning of your shipment (particularly produce). These items are marked up based on market pricing. Any large discrepancies in web and actual invoice pricing, we will make every effort to notify you and check if you want us to ship the product still.

Can you give an example?

Let’s say you order 1 case of broccoli on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Price on Monday might be $20.00. On Tuesday morning, our new shipment arrives and our cost is lower, so pricing might be $18.00 on your Tuesday’s delivery invoice, and vice versa if our cost is higher. From past experience, if there is product shortage, adverse weather, etc, it may push the price much higher. Any large discrepancies in web and actual invoice pricing, we will make every effort to notify you and check if you want us to ship the product still.

How is my delivery day determined?

We have set routes to certain areas on certain days. Our office and dispatch teams will discuss which day is the best day to go to your area. Please refer to this list of which areas we go to on which day:

Monday: Silverdale, Poulsbo, Everett, Bellevue, Snoqualmie, Tacoma, Renton, Auburn
Tuesday: Centralia, Olympia, Tacoma, Woodinville, Redmond, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, Maple Valley
Wednesday: Oak Harbor, Bellingham, Bellevue, Vashon Island, Tacoma, Everett, Renton
Thursday: Oak Harbor, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Everett, Bellevue, Snoqualmie, Tacoma, Renton, Auburn
Friday: Aberdeen, Ocean Shores, Olympia, Tacoma, Woodinville, Redmond, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, Maple Valley
We also ship to Alaska via AML and Coastal Transportation, and Sea-tac Airport.

Payment methods?

When we set up your account, we will configure your payment option. Paying with credit card will add a 3% service fee.

How can I open an account?

Please contact us via the contact form and we will send you a username & password. Please have a copy of your business reseller’s certificate ready. To begin purchasing product there is a purchasing agreement form that we will provide that needs to be completed.

Everything is in stock? How is that possible?

Not everything is in stock. We will do our best to give notice on items that requires lead times. If product is out of stock, we will make every effort to notify you when it will be back in stock.
